Who We’re Looking For

We're on the lookout for a Senior BI Analyst/Data Scientist, who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, loves building and improving dashboards, and can support internal teams in making data-driven decisions with creativity and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Support internal stakeholders with appropriate data analysis and help them to facilitate truly data-driven strategic decisions.
• Work closely with internal business units and – where it is possible - automate analytics by building new dashboards and self-service reports in Business Intelligence tools.
• Improve existing dashboards, reports, and data transformations.
• Utilize AI-based tools to accelerate ad-hoc data analysis.
• Present data and findings in clear, compelling, and easy-to-digest format.

What You Bring

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and developing content within major BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
• Ability to write and read complex analytical queries in SQL.
• At least foundational knowledge of Python.
• A passion for data, creative problem-solving skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.
• A proactive drive to acquire new technical skills that enhance work efficiency.
• Willingness to master the business processes and data nuances specific to the card payments industry.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
• (+) Prior experience in the card payments industry is an advantage.
• (+) We use 'dlt' and Python for data sourcing, 'dbt' for data transformations, and Tableau for dashboards. Knowledge of these technologies will help.
