As a Business Analyst in Regulatory Reporting Value Stream, you will lead data‑driven requirements and analysis across a wide range of reporting needs — from local Baltic regulatory submissions to European frameworks such as EBA and ECB. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to design effective data solutions, ensure consistency and quality across the reporting landscape, and support the continuous development of Business Analysis capabilities within the organization

As a Business Analyst in Regulatory Reporting Value Stream, you will lead data‑driven requirements and analysis across a wide range of reporting needs — from local Baltic regulatory submissions to European frameworks such as EBA and ECB. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to design effective data solutions, ensure consistency and quality across the reporting landscape, and support the continuous development of Business Analysis capabilities within the organization
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Design, lead and facilitate business and solution requirements (incl. functional, non-functional, data, process) engineering process and other business analysis related activities in data initiatives, which are diverse and depend on the business domain (e.g., Regulatory reporting with focus on AnaCredit, Local LV, LT and EE Reporting, COREP, FINREP, LCR or any other.)
- Collect and analyze data requirements, technical specifications, data mapping within assigned domain, perform analysis on data, deliver elements of design
- Manage and maintain an overarching view on business and data requirements linked to the assigned domain
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, gather information and views, and manage linked communications to engage the Stakeholders during the requirements engineering process and other business analysis activities
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques within the assigned domain, participate in the data sourcing and procurement process
- Work with development, release management, testing, and business delivery teams to prioritize change tickets and bring new functionality to successful release
- Support Data Stewards in metadata collection and data quality activities
- At least 2 years’ professional experience working in analyst position within Finance, Business Intelligence, IT or other related area
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Mathematics or IT
- Good to advanced business knowledge with regulatory reporting experience across banking products, systems, processes, and financial data
- Good knowledge and experience of business analysis, requirements engineering, and business process modelling
- Ability to analyze and translate regulatory reporting requirements into clear business and data requirements, with an understanding of reporting rules, validation logic, and supervisory expectations; prior regulatory or financial reporting experience is a strong advantage
- The ability to translate complex datasets and statistical techniques into simple, easily understandable concepts – visually, verbally and in writing
- Leadership, stakeholders’ engagement skills and competences, experience of working in cross-functional teams, strong orientation towards achieving results
- Good understanding of Data Literacy, proficiency with software development processes, different methodologies, data warehouse and reporting concepts and solutions
- Good SQL, Microsoft Office skills, experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Sound analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent written and oral communication
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
