- Articulate results, and convey actionable business insight for both sales management and executive audiences
- Understand core sales operations concepts (lead/opportunity conversion, pipeline development) and develops reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight
- Oversee the management and administration territory balances, requests, planning and market potential
- Support local markets with daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reporting and executive dashboards

The position holder is based in Luxembourg. The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned so as to avoid conflicting with service needs.
Occasional travel may be required. Flexibility may be needed with working hours. The position holder shall keep informed her line manager on her whereabouts and the means of telecommunications through which she will be reachable for urgent company needs, while on company mission.
On call or standby might be required as per set on-duty schedules which might include weekends. The workload in the department is closely linked to the international airfreight markets. This means that the position holder will be subject to pressure / stress during peak seasons / periods. Therefore she should be able to work under these circumstances.
