Katalist is a fast growing startup building a cloud native integration platform purpose built for retail. We are looking for a Product Designer who will look far beyond just the interface. Your mission is to continuously improve the end to end experience of every persona interacting with Katalist. You will help embed a design driven mindset across teams, acting as the critical translation layer between customer needs, partner realities, and engineering execution.

What you will be doing:

• Map and optimize the complete journey for our diverse personas, ensuring the experience is centered on both customer and partner journeys;
• Analyze how our existing internal company processes impact the external experience, proactively identifying friction points across configuration, support flows, and handovers to redesign them for clarity and efficiency;
• Own continuous qualitative discovery sessions and satisfaction inquiries to understand what our users and partners need, translating those insights into actionable design improvements;
• Design and facilitate design thinking and alignment workshops with internal teams and external stakeholders to map out user journeys before execution begins;
• Take full ownership of the platform's user interface and visual evolution, building a centralized design system that standardizes components, ensures scalability, and accelerates development;
• Deliver high fidelity visuals and clickable prototypes that support customer demonstrations, partner enablement, and sales presentations, ensuring the external perception of the platform matches its technical strength;
• Drive the visual configuration and prototyping for roadmap initiatives, directly translating complex technical concepts into intuitive flows that remove guesswork and maximize engineering velocity.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in complex B2B environments;
• Deep experience in mapping user journeys across multiple personas, specifically focusing on holistic customer and partner experiences rather than just software interfaces;
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts and systems into high fidelity designs that streamline engineering execution;
• Hands on experience conducting qualitative user research, satisfaction inquiries, and facilitating alignment workshops;
• Strong analytical skills to validate features, synthesize insights, and prevent costly development rework;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and external stakeholders;
• Proficiency and strong communication skills in English is mandatory.

What would be a plus:

• Experience designing for B2B enterprise platforms, iPaaS solutions, integration ecosystems, or partner driven models;
• Exposure to data heavy interfaces or complex technical configuration tools;
• Knowledge of Data Models or AI driven platform interactions.
