We offer a service contract (UZ) or employment contract (UoP) or B2B contract with a salary range of 7,500 - 9,500 gross/net PLN, depending on your experience.
We are working in a hybrid model from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. However, we have the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.
This position may require occasional business trips to conferences in Poland and abroad.
Scope
- Own the client onboarding process from start to finish, including documentation review, account setup, and ongoing maintenance.
- Understanding the complexity of the products and ensuring compliant merchant onboarding in line with the requirements.
- Working closely with other teams (e.g., sales, tech, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Preparing & adjusting contracts for merchants.
- Ensure that the processes agreed with the Director of Operations are reflected internally.
- Ensure data integrity, documentation management, and reporting within the company systems
- Ensure risk mitigation during the onboarding process
- English C1
- Polish B2
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (customer support/account management)
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions quickly;
- Close attention to detail
- Team-oriented, cooperative, and committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities without constant supervision
