The Role

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with a deep mastery of Webflow to join our team. You will be the bridge between design and production, turning high-fidelity Figma files into high-performing, responsive, and scalable web experiences.

As an Intermediate developer, you don’t just build pages; you build systems. You understand how to structure a Webflow project for long-term maintainability, optimize for SEO and speed, and integrate the marketing tools that drive our business.

What You’ll Do

• Webflow Development: Build, launch, and maintain complex websites using Webflow, ensuring clean structure (using frameworks like Finsweet Client-First or similar).
• Design-to-Code: Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages with smooth interactions and animations.
• Custom Code: Write custom HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript when Webflow’s native features reach their limit.
• Marketing Integration: Connect and configure essential marketing tools (ChiliPiper, Form handlers, etc.) to ensure a seamless lead-gen flow.
• Performance & SEO: Optimize site assets and structure for maximum page speed and search engine visibility.
• Maintenance: Troubleshoot bugs, manage CMS collections, and perform routine site audits.

Required Skills & Experience

• Webflow Expert: 3+ years of professional experience building complex sites in Webflow.
• Frontend Fundamentals: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Portfolio: A proven track record of live sites that demonstrate clean layouts and sophisticated interactions.
• Problem Solver: Ability to work independently and find creative technical solutions to design challenges.
• Communication: Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and marketing stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have (The "Bonus" Skills)

• Figma: Proficiency in navigating Figma files, exporting assets, and understanding design systems.
• ChiliPiper: Experience embedding and styling ChiliPiper routers and booking flows.
• Marketing Cloud: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar tools for managing email campaign assets.
• FormTitan: Experience building or integrating complex forms and data mapping.
