About the Role

Join our Global Deployment Services team—a hands-on technical engineering group responsible for executing network changes across a globally connected infrastructure. We specialize in data center, routing & switching, WLAN, IPT, security, and contact center technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Execute installations, configurations, migrations, and upgrades across multiple vendor systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues (Routing, Switching, Wireless, VPN, etc.)
• Ensure SLA compliance and maximum uptime
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements
• Maintain test environments and support multi-geo deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Tech Stack & Tools

• Networking: Cisco (Routers, Switches, Meraki), Arista, Aruba
• Wireless: Cisco & Aruba WLAN appliances
• Optimization & Monitoring: Riverbed, Bluecoat, Infoblox, F5
• Protocols & Services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VLAN, STP, VTP, EtherChannel

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise network environments
• Strong expertise in Cisco Meraki (MS, MX, WLC/AP)
• Solid understanding of Layer 2 technologies and IP addressing schemas
• Experience with OS upgrades and troubleshooting across vendor devices
• Familiarity with cloud or SDN technologies is a plus
• Advanced english

• Ability to perform under pressure and drive continuous improvement

Certifications Preferred

• ITIL v3
• CCNP
