Your Responsibilities
- You will support employees across Canada, ensuring a consistent and positive HR experience.
- In this role, you will coach managers on leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives.
- You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies and support hiring activities, including co-op cycles.
- You will contribute to the design and delivery of HR programs such as onboarding, orientation, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
- You will ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies across multiple regions.
- You will conduct workplace investigations with fairness, sound judgment, and professionalism.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- CHRP or CPHR designation, or currently in progress, is considered an asset.
- Experience developing and implementing HR programs across diverse teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
