Join a dynamic and forward-thinking tech leader based in North Sydney. They are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their high-performing boutique consulting team, building high quality software for a range of different clients.

The successful candidates will join a culture that values technical autonomy, clean code and collaboration. This role will give you the opportunity to work across a variety of different products and domains, having the opportunity to switch to something new every 6 months.

The Role

Working within a team of around 20 engineers, you will be responsible for end-to-end feature development using .Net, whilst working with a close knit and collaborative team. With great tenure across the entire business, you'll never be short of a challenge, as well as the opportunity to keep learning and growing.

Most of the tech is built in .Net but they foster the mindset of picking the best tool for the job, so if you're an engineer who isn't afraid to think outside the box, try a new tool and find the best solution for a problem this team and role is for you.

Skills

• 5 + years .Net experience
• Providing architectural input and performing high-quality code reviews.
• Experience with React Native. (Highly regarded but not essential).
• Use of automated testing, CI/CD, and modern deployment patterns to maintain a high release cadence.
• AWS/GCP/Azure and containerisation (Docker) experience.
• Understand the importance of clean & scalable code.
