Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, financial, and strategic research to support investment opportunities across Europe
• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist in due diligence processes and preparation of investment materials
• Support portfolio performance tracking and contribute to internal reporting
• Participate in cross-European projects and strategic initiatives for portfolio companies

Profile

• 1–1.5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or transaction services, ideally in an international setting
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Exposure to cross-European transactions or multinational projects is highly valued
• Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (German, French, or Spanish preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ambition to grow in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
