- Experience in manufacturing and the automotive industry a plus.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and HR processes
- Have PMP certification or equivalent
- Familiarity in Agile Methodologies and digital transformation principles
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Must be bilingual in English and French.
