Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT - Project Manager II to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.

Contract Period: 5 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $64 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Onsite
Business Hours: Monday-Friday;9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and track project plans and milestones across multiple workstreams
• Support governance through Steering Committees, Design Authorities, and Transformation Forums
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks/issues
• Partner with Risk & Control Governance to ensure regulatory alignment (including OSFI)
• Manage scope, requirements, and stakeholder expectations within budget and timelines
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies across the program portfolio
• Provide monthly status reporting on project health, costs, scope, and benefits
• Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership

• University Degree
• 5+ years managing multiple projects within a broader program
• Experience delivering technical solutions meeting OSFI regulatory and resilience requirements
• Proven ability to escalate, communicate, and manage complex risks/issues
• Strong analytical capability (Excel)
• PMP or equivalent is nice to have
