Job Summary:The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of a nationwide branch workstation hardware refresh initiative supporting approximately 1,300 branch locations. This role requires strong experience managing large-scale technology deployments and coordinating cross-functional teams including infrastructure, retail operations, and third-party implementation partners. The Project Manager will oversee planning, logistics, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines.Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of a nationwide branch workstation hardware refresh project
  • Build and maintain a clear, realistic project plan aligning infrastructure teams, retail partners, and implementation vendors
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups including infrastructure teams, branch partners, and third-party implementation teams
  • Manage logistics including hardware shipping, warehouse delivery, branch scheduling, and removal/return of legacy equipment
  • Ensure all deployment activities comply with branch access and security protocols
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure delivery is completed by year-end targets
  • Prepare and deliver concise status updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Escalate risks or issues appropriately while resolving operational challenges within the project scope
  • Support communication and coordination across internal teams and external vendors involved in project delivery
Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience delivering large, complex projects as a Project Manager
  • Experience delivering multi-location implementations such as retail, branch, or enterprise-wide rollouts
  • Experience independently building project plans and managing project delivery from initiation through completion
  • Experience working in traditional project delivery environments (non-Agile)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating third-party vendors
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Experience working within large financial institutions or banking environments
  • Experience leading hardware refresh, infrastructure rollout, or workstation deployment projects
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience managing projects across nationwide or multi-regional operations
