Job Description
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for risk products (Anti-Fraud, Credit Risk, or Operational Risk).
- Collaborate closely with regional and country risk teams to ensure products meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear system designs and workflows.
- Drive end-to-end implementation, including project planning, requirement analysis, deployment coordination, and post-launch enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines, highlight project risks, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Experience as a Product Manager, preferably in backend or risk-related systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or business concepts clearly.
