The Role

What We’re Looking For

✅ Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience designing enterprise software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and design systems.
• Proficiency in user research, testing, and information architecture.
• A proven track record of collaborating to ship features.

🛠️ Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing AI/ML interfaces.
• Understanding in compliance or regulatory software.
• Knowledge of data visualisation practices and accessibility standards.
• Prototyping skills or front-end development experience.
