We primarily manage several types of projects for clients across different countries and regions, using client-specific processes and methodologies. As we grow quickly, we are looking for an AI Engineer to help standardize our AI practices and drive innovation across client projects. As we are growing fast, we need someone looking to bring structure to our AI development processes while maintaining the agility needed for rapid prototyping and continuous process improvement.
This position is defined to work on strategic AI projects, where we need to accelerate delivery, establish best practices, and build reusable components for a product-oriented approach. One of the reasons for our rapid growth is our adaptability, and it requires experienced professionals who can drive change independently.
For this specific position, we need an AI Engineer to work with cutting-edge AI models and technologies, conduct research to stay ahead of market trends, and ensure compliance with corporate standards. Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-based solutions for client projects, including intelligent automation, AI assistants, AI chatbots, AI crawlers, and comprehensive AI pipelines that deliver measurable business value
- Define or contribute to best practices for AI development across the team, addressing our current challenge where individual approaches vary significantly
- Build and maintain reusable AI components and accelerators with a product-oriented mindset, enabling faster delivery and consistent quality across multiple client engagements
- Develop and maintain AI demo environments and prototypes specifically designed for client presentations and capability showcasing, supporting our presales and business development activities
- Support the Presales department with effort estimates, architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and present content during client meetings presentations where it would be explained to the client the benefits of using AI on a daily basis (familiar, high-level) terms.
- Conduct ongoing research on emerging AI technologies, models, and market trends, staying current with at least three major AI platforms or model families (such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or Mistral)
- Support in implementing comprehensive metrics and monitoring systems for AI solutions, moving beyond estimations to data-driven performance measurement and continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with corporate tools (Jira, Confluence, Time Management), processes, and documentation requirements, including timesheets, training completion, and project reporting standards
- Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, demonstrating both autonomy and accountability in project delivery
- Support the evolution of our AI practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and contribution to our growing AI capabilities across the organization.
- 8+ years of professional experience in the IT field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies and model implementation
- Strong full-stack development background with proven ability to build end-to-end solutions
- Experience with at least 3 major AI models (Gemini, Claude, GPT, or similar)
- Proficiency in development tools, including Git/GitLab, Visual Studio Code, Python, and relevant AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and grounding LLM outputs on enterprise or domain-specific data
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Advanced English proficiency for client communication and international collaboration.
