Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master – Proven experience working as a Scrum Master with software development teams, demonstrating a solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework – In-depth understanding of Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts, with the ability to effectively apply and adapt Scrum practices to meet the needs of the team and project environment.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy – Ability to understand team dynamics, recognize individual needs, and foster a culture of trust, openness, and collaboration within the team.
• Strong facilitation skills – Experience facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies and team meetings, supporting decision-making processes, and encouraging productive discussions that promote creativity and problem solving.
• Commitment to continuous improvement – Demonstrated passion for helping teams continuously improve their processes, increase efficiency, and evolve their Agile practices over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Coach team and Product Owner on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Identify and remove obstacles blocking team progress.
• Promote open communication, collaboration, and trust within the team.
• Track sprint progress and team performance using Scrum metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization.
• Serve as a liaison between the team and stakeholders.
