As Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our EverGreen 2030 ambitions by helping unlock the full potential of the Global Talent Acquisition function. Working closely with colleagues across our OpCo’s, you will help strengthen global TA standards, enable best practices, and ensure our Employer Brand and Value Proposition are consistently brought to life across our recruitment activities. This role sits at the intersection of talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment excellence, helping ensure HEINEKEN continues to attract and engage the right talent around the world.
You are a good match if you have:
- relevant experience in Global or Regional Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure to Employer Branding or talent attraction initiatives
- strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues across different cultures, markets and time zones
- experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information
- the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- experience coordinating projects or initiatives across multiple teams or regions
- the ability to create clear, high-quality materials, including presentations, reports and guidance documents
- strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- experience working in an international or matrix organization
- the ability to understand complex topics and translate them into practical guidance for others
- experience using HR or recruitment systems such ass SuccessFactors, Avature, or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
- experience working with LinkedIn Talent Solutions (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- fluency in written and spoken English.
