Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for sales & marketing positions, service engineers, and office staff.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Turkish labor laws, social security regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records.
- Support payroll-related documentation and communication with external payroll providers.
- HR Support & Administration:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
- Support implementation of company policies, employee engagement initiatives, and HR projects.
- Assist with performance review processes, training coordination, and internal communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist / HR Generalist, ideally in an international company.
- Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR compliance practices.
- Experience in recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
