Responsibilities
- To understand and make sense of the briefs coming from the brand; plan their priorities, and assign them to the relevant teams,
- To check that the content delivered is complete and correct,
- To assess the compliance of the posted content with the existing guides and the given guidelines; notifying those concerned with the project management tools,
- To prepare calendars and make business plans on the periodic improvement & development of products by examining the usability, performance, interface trends perspectives for the products under its responsibility,
- To be in touch with the third-party companies the teams are cooperating with; checking the content coming from them (i.e. proofreading the translation documents),
- To own the brand reporting process by preparing reports or delegating, follow up on the reports submitted, and realize the brand presentation in certain periods,
- To play an active role in monthly invoicing processes by tracking and reporting the overruns,
- To develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan; and to assess the project risks and establish contingency plans.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in the media & advertising industry and project / digital account management,
- Taking part in website projects; having provided content production for these platforms,
- Disciplined, proactive, solution-oriented, compatible with the agile working system,
- Competent in business acumen and showing high awareness with strong follow-up,
- Having a creative point of view but also thinking of the technical feasibility,
- Experienced in team management,
- Will be able to work devotedly for brands,
- Experienced the remote working model before and willingness to adapt working in the office of the brand at certain times,
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
