About The Role

Responsible for the data analysis to support territory stakeholders (Sales, Business Management, customer account teams) by analyzing data from multiple sources to develop insightful, actionable dashboards and data.

Specific areas of responsibility include:

  • Identify business pain points and translate them into actionable data insights.
  • Act as a data partner, presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences while supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Build, refine, and maintain data visualizations that drive value, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
  • Act as a data partner to territory stakeholders: Sales, Business Management, customer account teams and the ANZ leadership team by providing data-backed recommendations.
  • Collaborate and translate territory needs to regional teams.
  • Present analytical findings in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Train and educate business teams on how to interpret and utilize data insights effectively.
  • Business-driven data insights & analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders – including Sales, Business Management, customer account teams and the ANZ leadership team – to identify key business pain points and define analytical needs.
  • Translate business challenges into data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Dashboard development & performance tracking
  • Collect, structure, and visualize data to create meaningful dashboards that drive business value.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine, enhance, and iterate on dashboards based on evolving business needs.
  • Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights rather than just reporting raw data.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies in the field of data analysis.
