The Role


We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations and key initiatives across our global offices in Europe, the Americas, and APAC. Responsibilities


  • Manage HR programs across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to engagement and offboarding.
  • Draft employment contracts and documentation for global staff; manage benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance across global teams.
  • Manage global HR processes and policies to ensure consistency and a positive experience for all employees.
  • Generate HR reports and insights, including employee data, workforce trends, and payroll-related metrics, to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain and audit employee records within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of engagement and development initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.


Requirements


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or similar HR role.
  • Experience supporting HR operations in Europe or North America; global experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as ADP, Workday, or equivalent platforms.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
