Responsibilities
- Manage operational recruitment activities at the R&D Center such as publishing job advertisements, screening applications and coordinating interviews.
- Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines to support hiring managers in identifying suitable candidates.
- Act as the main point of contact for applicants, including the whole candidate communication cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and effective hiring practices.
- Support and represent the company at internal and external events and fairs.
- Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarking and legal hiring requirements in Europe, especially in Finland.
- Assist and participate in HR operations when needed. For example, maintaining HR documentation, organizing trainings and responding to employee queries.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, especially tech recruitment is seen as a plus.
- Ability to professionally handle sensitive information, big entities and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment ATS systems (e.g., TeamTailor).
- Knowledge of Finnish labor law, collective agreements, and GDPR requirements is considered an advantage.
- Experience working or studying in multicultural environments.
- A proactive, solution-oriented and positive team player.
