  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders in agile environments.
  • Participate in research planning and testing cycles to continuously improve user experience.
  • Clearly present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles are embedded into product experiences.
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of designers within the Lithuanian team-
  • Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance conversations.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong capability in both user experience and visual design.
  • Experience designing web platforms and mobile applications.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, typography, and design systems.
  • Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience applying UX research insights to design decisions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards (WCAG).
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and evolving project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting other designers.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience designing for healthcare, insurance, or other complex domains.
  • Exposure to AI-driven products or AI-assisted design workflows.
  • Experience with service design or behavioural design methods.
  • Knowledge of mobile design guidelines for iOS and Android.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Hybrid/remote work model and flexible working hours.
  • Health insurance.
  • Training budget, conferences, and learning resources.
  • Agile, international, and highly motivated team.
