We are looking for a versatile Lead Software Engineer to join the Digital Factory of a leading organization in Luxembourg.

This hybrid role combines hands-on software development with project leadership and product ownership. You will design and deliver innovative digital solutions leveraging modern technologies such as cloud, AI, and automation, while driving projects from concept to delivery in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Develop scalable applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, and Python.
• Contribute to application architecture, development, and code reviews.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of the solutions delivered.
• Drive projects from requirements definition to delivery.
• Organize and coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews).
• Monitor progress, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate functional needs into clear technical specifications.
• Act as the main interface between business teams and developers.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into digital solutions.
• Contribute to the digital transformation of the Audit department through automation, NLP, and predictive analytics initiatives.

Your profile

• At least 8 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Angular, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in project management or product ownership.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a role combining technical development and project coordination.
