Scrum Master / Agile

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Scrum Master/Agile professional based in Barcelona, with flexibility for partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, guiding teams through the Scrum framework, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to refine user stories, prioritize sprint backlogs, and remove obstacles to team progress. Additionally, the Scrum Master will support continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sprint Planning and creating well-defined User Stories to drive efficient Agile workflows
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to address challenges and enhance team productivity
• Exceptional Communication Skills to effectively facilitate team discussions and stakeholder engagements
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and ability to work effectively with development teams
• Knowledge of Agile principles and practical experience with Scrum methodologies
• Leadership skills to coach and guide teams towards achieving shared goals
• Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, or Project Management is preferred
