Scrum Master / Agile

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Scrum Master/Agile professional, based in Barcelona with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, guiding the team in creating and refining user stories, and fostering collaboration among team members to achieve project goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress, identifying and removing impediments, and actively supporting the team in adhering to agile principles and practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sprint Planning and creating user stories for effective backlog management
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve project processes
• Excellent Communication skills to promote collaboration and provide clear guidance to the team
• Experience and familiarity with agile practices in the context of Software Development
• Ability to act as a servant leader, empowering teams to deliver their best work
• Proficiency with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an advantage
• Relevant certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP is a plus
