Neko Health exists to shift healthcare from treating illness to preventing it, using advanced, non‑invasive technology and clinical expertise to deliver early, actionable health insights.
Role Purpose
As a Product Designer at Neko Health, you will help shape the digital experiences that bring preventative healthcare to life. You will contribute to the design of our mobile apps, websites, and in-clinic screen experiences, translating complex health data into intuitive, engaging, and trustworthy interfaces.
Your work will directly support our member-first, always and tech-enabled, human-centred values, ensuring every touchpoint feels coherent, intentional, and deeply considered.
This role is ideal for a designer with solid experience delivering digital products who is eager to grow within a multidisciplinary environment. You will collaborate closely with senior designers, product managers, engineers, and medical experts—gaining mentorship while gradually taking on more ownership and responsibility.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
- Contribute to the design and delivery of digital products across mobile, web, and in-clinic interfaces, improving clarity and usability for members engaging with their health data (Member-first, always).
- Translate complex medical and health concepts into intuitive user experiences, helping members understand and act on their scan results (Tech-enabled, human-centred).
- Partner with senior designers to explore concepts, flows, and visual solutions, raising the quality and consistency of our digital design language (Hard truths, high hopes).
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Medical Operations, and Marketing, improving alignment and delivery efficiency (Chase 10X, not 10%).
- Contribute to the evolution of Neko’s design systems, ensuring scalability and coherence across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Relevant experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience contributing to the design and delivery of digital products.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution.
- Ability to translate abstract or complex systems into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design thinking clearly.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing for healthcare, wellness, or other complex data-driven domains.
- Familiarity with service design across digital and physical environments.
- Experience working within or contributing to design systems.
- Interest in visualisation, storytelling, and explanation design.
At Neko, design is central to how our products are developed, experienced, and trusted. Rather than distributing creative responsibilities across multiple teams, we have brought all creative disciplines together within a single Creative Department.
Our ambition is to deliver a coherent, intentional, and seamless design journey across digital and physical environments — spanning product, space, and brand. Every touchpoint is designed to feel connected, considered, and purposeful.
The Creative Department is structured around three closely collaborating studios: Architecture, Design, and Brand.
About Titles At Neko
