Senior Technical Architect Location: Dubai, UAE

Overview The Senior Technical Architect will play a key leadership role in ensuring technical excellence across all stages of project delivery, from design development through construction execution. This position serves as a critical interface between design intent, multidisciplinary coordination, and on-site implementation and safeguarding design quality, technical accuracy, code compliance, and buildability.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to oversee technical documentation, detailing standards, coordination workflows, and quality benchmarks across residential and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Technical Leadership:

• Lead the technical design development and documentation process across assigned projects.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical team workflows.
• Oversee the production and review of detailed technical packages and construction documentation.
• Ensure adherence to local authority regulations, codes, and compliance standards.
• Maintain design integrity while supporting constructability and execution on site.

Client & Consultant Coordination:

• Act as the primary technical liaison with clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.
• Lead technical workshops, coordination meetings, and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Resolve technical issues and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor deliverable quality and alignment with project objectives.

Quality & Technical Excellence:

• Drive best-practice BIM workflows and digital coordination standards.
• Review detailing, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Identify design risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the project team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 8–15 years of professional experience, with strong exposure to residential and mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
• Demonstrable experience coordinating sub-consultants and technical interfaces.

• Advanced proficiency in:
• Revit (mandatory)
• AutoCAD
• BIM workflows and coordination processes
• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D visualization / modelling tools
• Prior UAE project delivery experience is essential.

Salary & Package

• AED 25,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on experience)
