The company builds advanced digital platforms used by healthcare providers to improve operational performance, automate processes, and enhance data-driven decision making.
They are now looking to hire a Business Analyst to support a range of initiatives focused on process optimisation, systems improvement, and operational efficiency across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Supporting operational and technology improvement initiatives
- Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimisation
- Analysing operational data to generate insights and recommendations
- Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, or gap analysis
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
