🚀 Senior Fullstack Engineer – AI Enablement (AI-Native Engineering)

We’re working with a high-growth FinTech investing heavily in how AI transforms software engineering.

They’re building a team focused on embedding AI into real engineering workflows, helping teams move faster, reduce friction, and ship better software.

The Role 👋

This is a hands-on, senior role where you’ll build and ship AI-powered tools that improve the full development lifecycle.

You’ll:

• Build AI tools and agents across coding, testing, documentation, and debugging
• Ship AI-native features from idea through to production
• Create workflows (e.g. log analysis, automated fixes, AI-assisted reviews)
• Own problems end-to-end — from concept to measurable impact
• Work closely with teams to drive real adoption of AI tools
• Help define best practices and guardrails in a regulated environment

What They’re Looking For 🧠

• 5+ years building production systems
• Strong fullstack or backend/platform experience
• Comfortable working in fast, ambiguous environments
• Product-minded — focused on outcomes, not just output

Most importantly:

You’re already AI-native, using tools daily to code, debug, and automate workflows, and thinking in terms of systems, agents, and iteration.
