About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex technology projects across enterprise environments.

This role ensures that critical initiatives are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational strategy, business priorities, and governance standards.

The role requires strong planning, coordination, and oversight across all aspects of project execution, including scope, timelines, budget, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to ensure project outcomes are well‑defined, achievable, and deliver measurable business value, while maintaining stability across operational environments.

In addition to execution, the Senior Project Manager drives continuous improvement across delivery practices—enhancing governance, reporting, predictability, and transparency across programs.

You will oversee the successful delivery of projects within Integration and Store Infrastructure Technology, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a high‑performing, compliant, and collaborative delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale technology projects across enterprise platforms.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, compliance standards, and quality controls.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations) to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and reporting practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, commercial agreements, and service-level expectations.
• Oversee capability‑driven initiatives and operational transition plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, influence decision‑making, and maintain alignment across business and technology groups.
• Support project teams to ensure engagement, accountability, and high‑performance delivery.
• Ensure timely, budget‑conscious delivery of business‑critical initiatives.

About You

• 10+ years of IT project management experience delivering complex transformation programs in agile and hybrid environments.
• Proven experience in strategic project planning, execution, and alignment of operating models with enterprise objectives.
• Strong background in capability‑driven project delivery, continuous improvement, and operational optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to define and measure project success metrics and manage execution against them.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing resources in high‑performance delivery environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including financial management and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of IT project delivery frameworks, processes, methodologies, and toolsets.
• Strong technical understanding across IT systems, ERP platforms, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience delivering software, infrastructure, and enterprise platform implementations (e.g., integration, WMS, TMS, online fulfilment platforms).
• Solid experience in service and product delivery management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and proactive risk‑mitigation abilities.
