to work fixed term for six months (with possibility of extension) in three different DC-sites in the capital region!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Coordinator you will be working in three different Datacenter construction sites as part of Eaton’s team. This role is very hands-on and responsible for supporting daily operational, safety, and administrative tasks to ensure site operations and compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. This role demands 100% on-site presence. Working language is English.
Key responsibilities include the collation and filing of completed and signed Daily Task EHS documentation, participating in EHS meetings and coordinating safety trainings for new personnel and visitors.
The role involves logging and registering personnel into the Data Scope System (Site Personnel Management System). It also includes booking, tracking, and following up on deliveries, as well as arranging Eaton presence when needed.
Administrative duties include processing timesheet data to produce summaries and statistics, as well as maintaining a daily work schedule to monitor task progress. The role also ensures proper collection and filing of Third Party and Eaton test results and calibration certificates in the correct SharePoint folders.
Responsibilities also include attending the weekly toolbox talk, collecting and filing the signed attendance sheets, and maintaining a weekly work schedule to track overall task progress. The role also includes chairing a weekly progress meeting and sharing the outcomes with the Management Team.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate has few years of administrative experience supporting a team or working in a demanding environment, with experience in construction or other project-based settings considered an advantage. Strong, advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential, along with solid experience using the broader Microsoft product suite. Additional familiarity with Compass, Datascope, ViewPoint, and SharePoint will be seen as a plus.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, structured, and resourceful, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A hands-on and active working style is highly valued. Since the work environment is very international and the job is fully done in English, you will need fluent English language skills. Finnish language skills are not required. Because you will work in three different construction sites in the Capitol Region, you will need a valid driver’s license and preferably a car.

WHAT WE OFFER?
We offer a interesting job in a international datacenter environment. This role is offered as a fixed-term employment through Adecco Finland for 6 months, with the possibility of employment extending further. The salary range for this position is 3700-4500€/monthly.
