Senior Project Manager

€60,000 – €80,000 depending on experience

An international construction consultancy is currently looking to appoint a Project Manager as part of the continued growth of its team in Germany.

They are particularly interested in individuals who have delivered data centre developments or other technically demanding projects, especially where there is a strong focus on mechanical, electrical and specialist building systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects from early feasibility and planning stages through to construction and completion, working closely with consultants, contractors and client teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects through the design, procurement and construction phases
• Coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and engineering teams
• Supporting clients with programme management, risk management and reporting
• Overseeing project progress and ensuring delivery against agreed timelines
• Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
• Ensuring effective collaboration across project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience working within a construction consultancy or project management consultancy
• Experience delivering data centres or technically complex developments
• Good understanding of projects involving significant building services or engineering coordination
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Fluent German and English required
