HSPI S.p.A is looking for a resource to join as an IT Junior Project Manager at one of its most important clients in the Public Administration sector.
The resource will be responsible for planning and monitoring IT projects – in the information systems area – for the end client.
Main responsibilities
- Support the planning of project activities and the definition of milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project progress (timelines, costs, resources, and risks)
- Support the preparation of SAL (progress reports), progress reports, and project dashboards
- Collect, update, and manage project documentation
- Support operational coordination with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and client representatives
- Contribute to project communication and governance activities
- Contribute to identifying critical issues and defining corrective actions
- Degree in engineering or economics-related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles and in IT consulting
- Knowledge of the main Project Management concepts
- Familiarity with IT environments and information systems
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working on projects for Public Administration
- Basic knowledge of Waterfall / Agile methodologies
- Certifications or training in Project Management (e.g., ISIPM, PRINCE2, PMI, Foundation)
- Proactivity and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in structured and multidisciplinary teams
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience and on-the-job training: you will immediately join a large working team and will be constantly supported by Senior Consultants and Project Managers
- Certified training in various areas, tailored to your aptitudes, skills, and knowledge (Prince, COBIT, etc.)
- Working methods with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
