Role Overview:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

What you will do:

• Enable a culture of trust, collaboration, continous learning and value-driven delivery by combining technical and methodological knowledge with a people-first approach
• Support the business vision by coaching proxy POs and GPOs
• Drive cross-teams collaboration spaces to ensure alignment in dependencies delivery and agreements and minimize blockers during development

What you are like:

• Standard Scrum Master experience & knowledge. Multiple certifications in the area.
• Software lifecicle knowledge.
• Team metrics
• Conflict management
• Dependency management (intra and extra team)
• Management 3.0
• Gherkin
• Coming from a IT background with experience managing teams with multiple dependencies.
• Used to help the other teams to get up to speed of the team.
• Frontend applications built with React and Node.js
• Highly skilled & senior technical team delivering maintainable applications.
• Minimum English level: C1
