We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Develop modern, performant, and responsive interfaces using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related tools.
• Work within a flow-based agile environment (Kanban), contributing to continuous improvement of workflow metrics (WIP, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, CFD).
• Participate in team ceremonies such as refinements, daily meetings, flow reviews, and retros focused on process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform prototypes and concepts into high-quality user experiences.
• Integrate the front-end with backend REST or GraphQL APIs, ensuring consistency, standardization, and technical quality.
• Perform code reviews, support architectural evolution, and uphold front-end development best practices.
• Build and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure reliability and stability.
• Act with strong ownership, understanding the business impact of each delivery.
• Collaborate with Front-End Chapters and Technical Guilds to share knowledge and improve standards across teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with React.js (hooks, context, routing, state management, component lifecycle).
• Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Styled Components, and CSS-in-JS approaches.
• Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with build tools such as Vite, Webpack, and Babel.
• Experience with testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or equivalents.
• Proficiency with Git, modern branching strategies (Git Flow or trunk-based with PRs).
• Previous experience in agile environments (Kanban, Lean, Agile mindset).

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in digital squads structured under Tribes, Chapters, and Guilds.
• Familiarity with flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP, Throughput, CFD).
• Experience with feature flags, design systems, or micro front-ends.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Sentry, Datadog, Grafana.
• Prior experience building large-scale digital products (apps, B2B/B2C platforms).
• Understanding of UX principles and accessibility (WCAG).
