You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across the full program lifecycle while maintaining alignment with organizational standards, governance, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and teams
- Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams including project managers and technical resources
- Ensure alignment with organizational frameworks, governance, and standards
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for senior stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and consensus building
- Deliver program reporting across executive and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption across the organization
- Support business case development and funding approvals
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise programs
- Strong background in IT program delivery and governance
- Experience managing budgets, risks, schedules, and dependencies
- Ability to lead cross-functional and matrix teams
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments (public sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, and business analysis
- Experience with OPS or similar standards and frameworks is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in Program/Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC)
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Ability to manage ambiguity in complex environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience driving innovation and process improvements
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
