We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-impact programs within a complex, enterprise environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive multiple interdependent projects from strategy through execution.

You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across the full program lifecycle while maintaining alignment with organizational standards, governance, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and teams
  • Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans
  • Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams including project managers and technical resources
  • Ensure alignment with organizational frameworks, governance, and standards
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for senior stakeholders
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and consensus building
  • Deliver program reporting across executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption across the organization
  • Support business case development and funding approvals

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex enterprise programs
  • Strong background in IT program delivery and governance
  • Experience managing budgets, risks, schedules, and dependencies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and matrix teams
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments (public sector preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise architecture, and business analysis
  • Experience with OPS or similar standards and frameworks is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in Program/Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC)
