Project Management Officer

We are looking for a Risk Register Officer for a hybrid project based in Porto.

Requirements:

• +2 of experience in Project Management and Consulting;
• Previous experience in IT projects;
• Knowledge in MS Office Pack (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint);
• Fluency in English;
• French good level is a big plus;
• Ability to manage and facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training;
• Attention to detail and rigor.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Project Portfolio Management Office tasks, support management and project managers in consolidating, reporting and controlling key project portfolio information;
• Projects meetings and workshops facilitation;
• Gathering data about project progress and producing reports, developing PM standards and processes and encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
