The Role

As Strategic Project Manager – Monster Mindset, you will play a pivotal role in driving and embedding the company’s unique culture across the EMEA region. You’ll lead and support high-impact, multi-year strategic initiatives that amplify the Monster Mindset, champion a winning culture, and enhance employee experience.


Working within a small, dynamic team, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about culture, engagement, and delivering exceptional experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead and deliver strategic initiatives aligned to key EMEA accelerators including Monster Mindset, The Monster Way, and House of Fans
  • Plan, manage, and execute campaigns such as onboarding programmes, immersion events, and recognition initiatives
  • Maintain rigorous control over timelines, budgets, processes, and delivery standards
  • Track, measure, and report on the impact of initiatives, ensuring a data-driven approach
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail

Communication & Collaboration

  • Develop engaging, on-brand communication materials aligned to Monster’s tone of voice
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment and engagement across initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional teams across EMEA and global stakeholders to ensure consistency with local relevance
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business

Creativity & Culture

  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance engagement and culture programmes
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to execution
  • Design and deliver engagement strategies before, during, and after programme rollouts
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve initiatives
  • Act as a champion of the Monster Mindset in everything you do

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in project or programme management within a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in building relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable with technology, with an interest in AI being advantageous
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required
