Ferlini is looking for a IOS Team Leader who will be responsible to manage, develop projects for top and market leader customers. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with mobile Team and other company teams.

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and the use of technology in Mobile Applications. They prefer to work in an environment that emphasises collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improve oneself / the team / the organisation. They love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure and use automation to make daily life easier.

They should have experience in consulting, designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications for coordinating a mobile team. They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages like Swift, Objective C, Swift UI e UIKit.

This role reports to the CTO of the company.

Location: This role will be based in Verona, and may request sometimes a transfer to customers head quarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the project with other members of the team and serving as the main point of contact from the customer and the other members of the team;
• Coordinate and manage a team of internal resources;
• Oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of project tasks, working closely with the customer team and other technical specialist;;
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the services offered are cutting-edge.

Your base pay start from € 50.000 and over and will depend on various factors level of experience, knowledge and skills.
