About the Role

You’ll be joining a high-performing, fully remote engineering team responsible for building and enhancing a suite of enterprise applications.

Working in an Agile environment, you’ll contribute across the full development lifecycle, from design and development through to testing and delivery. While the role is primarily backend-focused (.NET Core), there is a strong preference for developers who can work across the stack, particularly with React on the frontend.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server
• Build and contribute to API design and development
• Work across the stack, including React for frontend components where required
• Contribute to automated testing (e.g. SpecFlow, Playwright)
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions
• Perform code reviews and support best engineering practices
• Work across a modernising environment as legacy systems are phased out
• Take ownership of features from concept through to deployment

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in software development
• Strong experience with .NET Core / C# / SQL Server
• Exposure to React or other modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience working with APIs and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based environments
• Experience with automated testing frameworks is highly regarded
• Comfortable working in a full-stack or cross-functional capacity
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
