Full-Stack Web3 Developer — Solana Job Marketplace

We are a blockchain and AI software company hiring a Full-Stack Web3 Developer to build a decentralized job marketplace on Solana.

What You'll Do:

- Develop Solana smart contracts (Rust / Anchor).

- Build wallet authentication (Phantom, Solflare, Metamask).

- Implement escrow, milestone payments, and dispute flows.

- Develop backend services (Node.js, Express, MongoDB).

- Build frontend features (React / Next.js).

- Integrate on-chain events with frontend and backend.

Requirements:

- Strong experience with React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB.

- Hands-on Solana Web3.js, Rust, and smart contract development.

- Wallet integration experience (Phantom, Solflare).

- Understanding of dApp architecture and Web3 principles.

- Experience building full-stack Web3 applications.

Nice to Have:

- Blockchain marketplace or DeFi experience.

- Ethereum / Polygon (EVM) experience.

- USDC / SPL token integrations.
