We are looking for a Project Manager to support the rollout of a strategic commercial and digital transformation program in the Benelux region. In this role, you will help ensure that new commercial processes and tools are successfully implemented. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Teams to keep activities aligned with project goals and timelines. Acting as a key local contact, you will translate regional guidance into practical actions that support the business on the ground.

• Lead local deployment of new commercial processes and revenue assurance measures.
• Translate program objectives into practical actions for business teams.
• Identify potential operational or revenue risks and recommend solutions.
• Support readiness reviews, workshops, and milestone approvals.
• Facilitate communication between local teams and regional program leads

What we expect from you:

• Experience working on transformation projects, commercial operations initiatives, or business improvement programs.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with business systems and processes such as SAP, Order-to-Cash workflows, EDI, or master data management.
• Good understanding of commercial practices including pricing structures, customer agreements, and contracting models.
