You’ll be joining a leading AI platform used by hundreds of teams to build and monitor large-scale LLM applications.

Working directly with a small team across Germany and SF, you’ll own and scale the backend infrastructure powering terabytes of AI tracing data per day.

You'll build and optimise ingestion pipelines and make large-scale observability fast and affordable.

Your work will be open source, ship fast, and be used immediately by engineers running real AI systems in production.

Stack: TypeScript, React + modern data and LLM tooling.

High agency, strong backend fundamentals, and interest in data-intensive systems required.

Salary up to $160k+. Open to exceptional remote people across Europe.
