They're hiring three senior engineers — Software, Integration, and AI.

You'll own one of three tracks: The reasoning layer that decides what the agent does when it sees a malfunction report, talks to a driver, and reads OCPP logs. Reset remotely? Escalate? Both?

The logic underneath the LLM — not the wrapper.

The real-time operational intelligence pipeline that turns every call, error log and remote action into signal. Patterns that predict downtime.

Decisions that drive driver satisfaction. You extract it, measure it, feed it back to the agent.

The integration layer that holds together chargers across multiple operators — different hardware, different CPMS, different APIs.

Stack: TypeScript, Python, Claude and LLMs as core infrastructure, PostgreSQL, GCP/AWS.

Real understanding of LLM cost, latency and reasoning trade-offs required — not just prompting.
