Location: Köln, Germany

Roles & Responsibilities
- Agile coaching for the IT team (self-management, cross-functionality, and agile values)
- Team building (internal and external)
- Removal of obstacles (e.g., conflicts)
- Moderation of Scrum events (e.g., retrospectives)
- Enforcing agile methodologies in the software development process
- Integration of governance elements with Scrum
- Acting as a mediator between project management and agile teams
- Stakeholder management
- Several years of experience with Scrum (at least 2 reference projects)
- Experience working in both agile and traditional methodologies
- Knowledge of project governance
- Additional qualifications as an Agile Coach
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
- C1-level proficiency in German and English
