Project Overview

The subject of this individual contract is the provision of the following services by a Scrum Master Methodological support for the agile cross-functional team (coaching the team on self-management, cross-functionality, and agile values) Team building (external service providers and employees of the Contribution Service) Removal of obstacles (e.g., conflicts) Facilitation (e.g., of the Scrum Retrospective event, optimizing the quality and efficiency of meetings, working sessions, and achieving concrete results) Implementation and reinforcement of the agile software development methodology within the subject matter team.

Tasks

• The subject of this individual contract is the provision of the following services by a Scrum Master

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in the function as a Scrum Master (verifiable by at least two reference projects) (max. 10 points)
• Many years of practical experience in agile software development (verifiable by at least two reference projects) (max. 10 points)
• Secondary skills Extensive experience with the Atlassian Tools "Confluence" (max. 5 points)
• Knowledge of using a Whiteboard Tool (e.g. Conceptboard or Mural) (max. 5 points)
