In this role, you'll join our Experience Studio, a global multidisciplinary team that transforms strategic objectives into innovative events. You'll become part of the 14-person team in Germany, collaborating with account managers, project managers, creative teams, and freelancers. This role offers a strategic position with real influence, leading international clients, and annual global employee events.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team, with a deep understanding of the client's goals and challenges
- Proactively advise clients and create proposals to transform strategic requirements into concrete, innovative event recommendations
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Assemble and coordinate a project team (content, creative, production, logistics, travel)
- Manage and monitor timelines and budgets precisely
- Anticipate and proactively address challenges
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, fostering new ideas and ensuring effective communication within the team and to the client
- 3+ years of experience in a similar senior position at an event, marketing, or communications agency or on the corporate side
- 10+ years of experience in agency preferred
- Native-level German, confident business English
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-phase event projects
- Strong project management skills, passion for detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Assertiveness and good decision-making skills
- Strong network of partners and freelancers
- Empathy and ability to put yourself in clients' shoes
- Passion for monitoring industry trends and new technology solutions
