This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Golang Developer located in Riga. The Senior Golang Developer will design and implement highly scalable APIs and backend systems, write clean and efficient Golang code, and ensure optimal performance of software applications. They will participate in code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that align with Trio’s technological vision. The role also requires mentorship of junior developers and the contribution to continuous improvement of development processes.

• Proficiency in Golang development, including designing and implementing APIs and backend services
• Experience with microservices architecture design, DevOps principles, and cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a senior-level developer position and mentoring team members
• Bonus: Knowledge of security best practices, database design, and experience with AI/ML tools
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
